  1. Moving is hard! A few years ago we ended up moving 3 times in 2 years, once of them a long distance move. It all made sense at the time (and still does — it was the series of moves that saw us return to St. Louis), but I’d never want to do that again. So I know the pain you’re feeling all too well. And the pleasure, too — moving definitely has a fun side to it (your new home!). Anyway, you need some of Marion’s Matzoh Crack to cheer yourselves up. 🙂

    Anita, it wasn’t a true evacuation. It’s just that this move, arguably one of our most important, was quite possibly our least organized. And yes, the new place is already bringing happiness. Thank you for your good wishes.
